I prezzi offerti per i voli passeggeri sono  al di sotto dei prezzi di costo secondo l'art. 100 comma 1 lit. a ONA. Ai sensi dell'art. 100 comma 3 ONA, si fa riferimento alla garanzia minima per i diritti di responsabilità civile dei passeggeri secondo l'art. 132a ONA.

The flights offered are private flights within the meaning of Article 100 of the Aviation Ordinance (SR 748.01). The prices offered here for passenger flights are far below the cost prices pursuant to Art. 100 paragraph. 1 lit. a LFV. In terms of Art. 100 paragraph. 3 LFV, reference is made to the minimum guarantee for liability claims of passengers in accordance with Art. 132a LFV.
